Lead Strategist at Market Veep?
Support marketing strategists and account managers, ensure client success, and drive strategy across high priority accounts. Here’s what you’ll focus on:
Strategic Support and Coaching
Assist Marketing Strategists and Account Managers with analyzing client data, channels, and marketing efforts while providing guidance on best practices.
Client Engagement and Retention
Lead client delight initiatives, conduct quarterly NPS calls, 30- and 90-day new client check-ins, and compile feedback presentations for internal sharing.
Issue Escalation and Risk Management
Serve as the first line of defense for client concerns, handle sensitive issues, and prevent potential churn while maintaining strong client relationships.
Portfolio Management and Collaboration
Manage high priority clients or co-lead accounts with Account Managers, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively and deliver measurable results.
Your Professional Experience:
- At least 1 year of Market Veep Marketing Strategist experience
- At least 2 years of client management experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience
- Experience with B2B marketing strategy
- Related Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Coaching, mentorship, and performance management skills
What You’re Obsessed With:
- Collaboration and approval of marketing strategies across all clients
- Conduct quarterly NPS calls and develop feedback presentations
- Conduct 30- and 90-day check-in calls with onboarding clients
- Conflict resolution for escalated client issues/red flags
- Bi-weekly 1-on-1’s with Marketing Strategists and Account Managers
- Interviewing and evaluating Account Management candidates for A-players
- Process development to improve efficiency, profitability, and quality of services
A Day in the Life…
You’ll start your day by checking in with the team for a "good morning" greeting.
Next, you’ll address any issues or concerns that have our clients or strategy team stuck. You may spend your day supporting our Marketing Strategists in client strategy meetings or hosting one-on-ones with the Account Management team to help them reach success. Many days you’ll be elbow-deep in reports or presentations on team performance, client retention and feedback, or client strategy planning.
