The idea of being on the Inc. 5000 list has followed me around since on every bulletin board, goal list written on the backs of napkins, mood boards, team discussions and so many other places over the last several decades. On a recent trip, I passed a sign that said, “The road to success is often under construction.” Success for some is a straight shot but for us, it has been a journey of continuous improvement. It's true, back then what I did not realize is how much effort and what a labor of love growing a company truly takes to reach this list. COVID, market shifts and so many other obstacles make us realize (and deeply appreciate) success is a mindset and a willingness to commit to your team, your clients, and your shared goals. What I am most proud of is our team for believing in and supporting each other even when things are hard. Being exposed to challenges gives the chance to show true character and the ability to focus on core values regardless of circumstances. There is nothing better than a team that looks a challenge in the eye and says let’s do this. We are honored and flattered to be on the list and can’t wait to see what's next to come.”
