On a recent trip, I passed a sign that said, “The road to success is often under construction.” Success for some is a straight shot but for us, it has been a journey of continuous improvement. It's true, back then what I did not realize is how much effort and what a labor of love growing a company truly takes to reach this list. COVID, market shifts and so many other obstacles make us realize (and deeply appreciate) success is a mindset and a willingness to commit to your team, your clients, and your shared goals. What I am most proud of is our team for believing in and supporting each other even when things are hard.
