Drive projects, manage data, and support marketing and sales operations. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Data Management and Customization

Organize, clean, and maintain large datasets, customize HubSpot properties, and ensure accurate imports that support marketing and sales initiatives.

Lead Generation and List Building

Use LinkedIn filters and research tools to identify potential leads, build targeted prospect lists, and prepare organized data for marketing and sales campaigns.

Proposal Design and Copy Support

Assist with proposal creation, light copywriting, and supporting materials that help the team communicate clearly and effectively with clients.

Process Efficiency and Adaptability

Adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks at once, and maintain attention to detail while supporting diverse marketing and sales projects.

Your Professional Experience:

Have crazy attention to detail.
Be organized and attentive.
Take notes fiendishly when receiving instructions (this is really important).
Be comfortable using and creating spreadsheets.
Be ready to ask questions. You can never ask too many questions!
Have excellent writing and grammar skills.
Learn and grow from constructive feedback.
Have an understanding of B2B marketing and/or sales.
Be willing to say when you’re stuck or you don’t know what to do.
Work well with a team and on your own.
Be friendly and respectful to others.
Be able to communicate professionally with both our team and our clients.

A Day in the Life…

You’ll start your day by checking in with the team for a "good morning" greeting.

Next, you’ll jump into the project management tool to check assignments and messages. You might mine LinkedIn for contact info to build a list of architects, or clean a list of 10,000 contacts before importing them into HubSpot.

Then it’s time to turn a sales rep’s notes into a proposal or call a client to retrieve a missing password. If there’s free time, you might dive into a HubSpot certification course or join our team Zoom link for an afternoon game of Pictionary. Sounds like a good day to you?
